Books We Sell
We sell used books at bargain prices that are:
- Hurt Books: These are used books that are shopworn or slightly damaged and that can no longer be sold at full price, but that are still in good condition and a great bargain.
- Remainders: These are used books that publishers sell to selected stores at greatly reduced prices to off-load their excess inventory. We buy these books and pass the savings on to you.
Selling Used Books for Half-Price (or Less)
The vast majority of our used books are priced at half or less than the cover price, with a $1.00 minimum. Some older books are priced at half their current value; still, all our books are a bargain when compared to new prices.
Which are New and Which are Used?
We shelve new and used books together by category, and are proud that many of our used books look like new. If you are wondering about a particular book, we will be happy to tell you if it is a used copy.
