Books We Buy
We do
not pay cash for books. We only issue store credit.
We take used books of almost every subjects in trade for store credit.
Please limit what you bring in to 1 box or bag. After we have processed through your books (usually within 5-6 days), we will call you to let you know and you can bring in another box or bag at that time. Please keep the size of boxes to about the size of a carton of printer paper and bags to about the size of a reusable shopping bag
No appointment is necessary. We reserve the right to reject any book, and do not guarantee to buy back books purchased from us. We will take your name and number and get back to you when we have evaluated them.
If we take your book in for credit, the amount we issue is determined by condition, supply, and demand. The amount of store credit we issue averages out to between 10%-15% of cover price, or a fair current-day selling price.
Please come into the store and pick up a sheet detailing our trade-in process and what we will and will not take.
Textbooks
We now buy textbooks as an agent for another company. Bring your textbooks in for evaluation and we can give you a check for the value the company places on your textbooks.
This is the only case where we pay anything other than store credit for books.
